FULL SERVICE DESIGN

As a boutique interior design studio, we focus on renovations, new builds, and full-furnishing transformations, working in collaboration with your chosen architect, builder, or contracting team. 

As no two projects or homes are the same, your project may include selection of interior finishes, designing bespoke architectural details, sourcing fixtures and furniture, purchasing and order management, or all of the above. We understand how overwhelming transforming your home can be, and we use a thoughtful, streamlined process that puts our client’s experience at the forefront.

VIRTUAL DESIGN

Virtual Design is primarily for clients (located near or far) seeking a designer's know-how but prefer to implement the design on their own time. It is a flexible, efficient option where the design is done from a distance, keeping the same tailored approach as our in-person clients. It is ideal for updating one or two rooms in a home at a time.

Best suited to those who are comfortable communicating online, remote clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements of their space, plus photos and videos. While working remotely does require the client to be a bit more hands-on, we provide the same high-end, bespoke client experience.

DESIGN CONSULTATIONS

Don’t need full service, but would like to infuse a bit of our signature aesthetic into your home? Or perhaps you’ve started a project, but are struggling with design decision fatigue. We can provide you with specific services at a fixed design rate. 

90-minute 1:1 consulting is perfect for those who may be redesigning themselves who require confidence in order to make their decisions, or are looking for concrete suggestions, support and tips to help guide their own efforts. The time is yours to use however is most helpful for you, but some common topics that we may advise on include:

  • Sourcing specific furniture items

  • Floor plans and spatial planning

  • Size, scale & placement of furniture

  • Selecting colors, paint, or materials 

  • Planning, questions, and problem solving

  • Shopping and vendor suggestions

Design Process

  • To get started, fill out our Project Inquiry form. After filling it out, we’ll send you our Pricing & Service Guide, plus schedule a complimentary discovery call. This gives us a chance to get acquainted, discuss the scope of work in more detail, and answer any questions you may have.

    Following our discovery call, we’ll present a service proposal. Your project start date is set once your service agreement is signed and the deposit paid!

  • Our design process starts with in-depth research to define our goals. First, you'll complete a thorough questionnaire and gather inspiration to help us get acquainted with your style, budget and functional requirements. Then, we schedule a Client Intake day where we walk through your space, take detailed measurements, and capture reference photos.

    For remote clients, you'll be required to send measurements and photos of your space (don’t worry—we will guide you through exactly what to measure and how)!

  • During this phase, we apply all of the information we’ve gathered to initial concepts, room layouts, and an overall creative direction. This stage is equal parts creative and technical as we explore possibilities and potential solutions for your space.

    The best ideas will be presented to you, and the concepts you feel are the strongest will be revised until you are madly in love with our direction.

  • With the concept decided on, sourcing begins! This phase is all about refining the details, during which we will source all of the furniture, decor, and materials to achieve a final cohesive design.

    You will be presented with mockups, technical drawings, renderings and material samples as required to illustrate a final design plan to you.

    This phase includes multiple rounds of back and forth here, and you, the client, holds the power to approve/veto selections with each revision.

  • It’s time to wrap up the project for execution! The purpose of this phase is to prepare all of the necessary documents and technical information into a completed design plan.

    For the full-service experience, our team takes care of the procurement and installation. This means we securely store your items in a warehouse until every piece has arrived, inspect for damages, then finally assemble and style everything in your home while you lay back and enjoy the big reveal!

  • This is the phase when your home finally comes to life! Once construction is complete, we walk through your new—or newly renovated—home together and take note of any tasks that remain. Next, we schedule an installation day for our team to deliver your furnishings, place them, and style them perfectly.

    Once we are finished, we welcome you home and have a final walkthrough to get your feedback. After we remedy any outstanding issues, we close out the project with a final budget meeting.

    Afterward, we celebrate a successful project and send you home to enjoy your new haven with a care and maintenance guide.
